The cultural route in Kayseri offers a journey that covers many historical points such as Seyyid Burhanettin Tomb. However, the Sırçalı Kumbet, which is located on our route, cannot be seen by visitors because it is in an area closed to the public. With this project, by opening this area to the public and integrating the cultural route into it, I am both allowing visitors to see this unique structure and attracting more interest to the region.
Moreover, since this area is the end point of the cultural route and historical tour, I plan to create an area where visitors can relax, get to know Kayseri’s rich cultural heritage and experience its gastronomic richness. Keeping in mind that food is also a culture, I aim to offer an experience in this area that both tells the history of Kayseri and introduces local cuisine by presenting traditional flavors. Thus, in this place where history and flavors meet, visitors will have a deeper connection to both the past and cultural identity.
