The main purpose of the project is to make Kahramanmaraş experience a more sustainable food cycle from agriculture to our tables( gastronomic side of topic) , based on the rich agricultural products in the rich agricultural land it is located in, and to raise public awareness on this issue in the area, while also advancing the development by professionals with the start-up offices it has. While bringing the public together with the bazaar logic they are accustomed to in the area, it will also contribute to the city’s economy with many free bazaar workers on the way to various activities.

It was concluded from the analyses that Necip Fazıl Cultural Center has an important place in the city’s memory. At this point, although structurally problematic parts are seen, in order to keep the memory alive, the facades of the structure were preserved and the entrance of the structure was protected. Functions suitable for the area to be used more by people were added and many sections under the title of gastronomy were made suitable for people’s use.

with the idea of ​​a bazaar, both by making sales in this hub for people who grow products on their own land in Maraş and contributing to the economy, both by training personnel in the field of gastronomy for Maraş, both by raising awareness among the public in the fields of agricultural products, sustainable food and gastronomy, both by inviting professions such as food engineers and chefs working in this field to develop together,and finally, by being a gathering point for many people and an opportunity to spend time with these experiences.
