This report outlines the design of a new four-story mixed-use building with a total area of 1500 square meters. The primary objective is to combine residential living spaces with cultural and social functions in a single structure. 

The exterior design uses specific materials to define the building’s character. The upper floors are finished with textured pink plaster. Oak wood cladding is used exclusively within the recessed sections of the facade, providing contrast. The entire ground floor is surrounded by natural stone. This extensive use of stone was chosen to establish a traditional architectural connection, reflecting the presence of the professional theater housed within the building. 

Functionally, the building contains 10 residential apartments designed for various users, such as families or students. 

The central cultural feature is a 68-seat professional theater. The design includes a dedicated backstage area (green room) to support theater operations, along with a separate space for theater educational courses. A cafe has also been incorporated into the plan to act as a social hub for the building. Furthermore, a private open-air cinema area is located on the north side for residents. 

Practical requirements are met with closed underground parking. Balconies are primarily located on the east and south facades to maximize sunlight exposure.
