New Media and Social Entrepreneurship Hub-Feyza Durmuş
Set against the dynamic landscape of Kahramanmaraş, this architectural design project envisions a forward-thinking Innovation Center that bridges economy, education, and social connectivity. Designed across three distinct zones, each aligned with a core pillar—Economic Development, Social Engagement, and Educational Empowerment—the project offers a multifaceted approach to urban transformation. This innovation hub aims to spark sustainable growth by serving as a platform for new media, social entrepreneurship, and community-driven innovation. Through an integrated network of workshops, collaborative spaces, and learning units, the center nurtures creativity, skill development, and inclusive progress. From startup incubators and co-working labs to digital media studios and training facilities, each element of the design is thoughtfully crafted to empower local talent, stimulate the regional economy, and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The three zones provide unique yet interconnected perspectives that reflect and respond to the evolving needs of the city. This project is not only a space—it is a catalyst for resilient urban renewal, rooted in Kahramanmaraş’s cultural identity while embracing its potential for a connected, innovative future.
