Kahramanmaraş lost many values and lives with the earthquake. When we look at Maraş with this project, we see that there are lost communications and potentials. Although life tries to repair itself, the city can no longer create intersections with life. For this reason, the place where this congestion and void is filled and shaped the most has become the Necip Fazıl Kısakürek cultural center. This place, which is the intersection of every age group and city activity, is a multi-layered place prepared for the future or used for socializing. However, due to the structural plan, it cannot continue its current importance. For this reason, SAYE provides a response to the city with both its concept and search for form. As a concept, it creates an intersection of the social life that was lost with the earthquake and the economic potential that is tried to be re-established. While it is a catalyst that provides employment for young people between circular economy relations and these relations, it is also a process design hub where young people design the social life and recreation corners of the city. Due to this structural form, it creates an intersection cluster for both separate relations and the potential of these independent relations to be re-created. The facade of Nfk is preserved and it provides a tertiary space function to social life as a courtyard of independent relations. This courtyard is designed as a connection and node point to the life park designed behind the life and structure that develops around it. The structure offers relations at different levels by using the – level area, which was previously used as a basement, as an underground street. This street is connected to a square at the last part. This square is also kept at -5 level and provides a place where people are isolated from the city, but establish new relations. The structure will come to life as the intersection point of many unseen relations and lives.
