The project brings together the fields of digital art and digital fabrication to create a dynamic intersection of technology and creativity. This fusion aims to redefine how we create, experience and interact with art and design in the modern age. Using advanced production tools such as 3D printers, CNC machines and laser cutters, as well as digital media platforms and artistic software, the project empowers creators to push the boundaries of artistic expression and functional design. The center becomes a platform for collaboration, innovation and experimentation that invites students, artists and makers to combine art and technology in ways that are both tangible and immersive. Techno Art Hub is designed as a center where vocational high school students in Kayseri can combine their creativity with digital technologies to produce works of art.
The center consists of digital art and digital production workshops. These workshops provide a flexible and creative environment where students can both develop their technical skills and freely express their artistic expressions. The historical and cultural values of the region were also taken into consideration in the design of the area. The building design concept was made by taking into account the dome located in the area. The dome, which is an important focal point of the project, is integrated with the identity of the center as one of the important historical heritages in the region. The building was designed in a form that descends in the form of a staircase towards the dome, providing a natural transition and harmony. The surface of the dome is illuminated with traditional tile motifs using digital projection technology and also serves as an exhibition area.
