There are workshops in the project area, which is one of the valuable places in Kayseri, where people can produce and repair their own products. Thanks to these workshops, people will be able to repair the materials they bring with them or produce a product with existing materials and take lessons from students at school. In the hobby and repair areas, large speech halls will be planned for the city by designers and speakers of large companies and there will be meeting halls built to convey the unseen sides of these sectors to the public and investors. In the library, technical books and design books that give people production examples depending on the differences in their work areas can be found. Public books can contribute to people producing and developing their products in hobby workshops. Exhibition halls can be a good idea to bring the products that people make and repair for hobby purposes to the foreign market and to present them to the public and to the visuals of people and companies interested in these works, and thanks to the sales areas, there will be areas where products are sold, traded and marketed abroad. Priority was given to the design that emphasizes the power of human circulation distributed by the main mass to other structures in the building structure.
