Aether Grove tackles the lack of green areas within Kayseri’s Fevzi Çakmak district, presenting a novel approach to urban life. This project seamlessly integrates residents with nature and community by showcasing two residential buildings adorned with versatile terraces and lush green zones. While prioritizing the privacy of its inhabitants, it also cultivates social engagement through shared spaces like a central garden and a social interaction center.
Addressing the needs of diverse user groups, including families, single women, students, and elderly couples, Aether Grove furnishes adaptable and functional living spaces. Its organic and flowing design establishes a robust connection with the surrounding environment. By incorporating creative amenities such as a book café, restaurant, and green terraces, the project transforms into a vibrant hub for leisure and community bonding.
