The security area at the main entrance ensures the monitoring of those using the commercial spaces, increasing the safety of the residents.
The upper floors offer housing plans suitable for different user profiles. The focus is on creating economic, compact, and functional living units, especially designed for married couples with children. Core placement and short corridors ensure an efficient and accessible layout. The project aims to provide a secure and nature-integrated living environment for its residents.
