First of all, I saw that different cultures live together in the Fevzi Çakmak Neighborhood and therefore neighborly relations have been lost. My aim in this project is to revitalize the Fevzi Çakmak Neighborhood and create a sustainable environment. Using the concept of the courtyard, I aim to bring people together and strengthen the interaction between them. At the same time, I want to create a space that meets the needs of people of all ages, helps build stronger social bonds and provides a better living space for the community. I created 3 different house plan types and placed them in different ways on each floor, resulting in different floor plans. I designed open and semi-open terraces to be used in appropriate weather for these floor plans. Then I created social spaces by identifying the deficiencies in the neighborhood and the needs of the people. I think I have created sociability in the courtyard by making all main circulations open to this courtyard. Due to the lack of gardens in the neighborhood, I used part of my area as a garden. I designed the garden part open to the courtyard.
