Project Concept and Design Decisions

This project aims to create a social living space in an area surrounded by schools, bringing together students and residents. The design focuses on making knowledge more accessible while encouraging social interaction. By integrating shared spaces, the project fosters a sense of community and learning.

The design is based on two key elements: a library and shared terraces. The library provides students with a study and research space while offering residents opportunities for reading and learning. The shared terraces serve as open social areas where people can gather, relax, and engage in outdoor activities.

This project is not just a housing solution but also a social hub that promotes education and community interaction. The balance between private and shared spaces ensures both personal comfort and social connection. Prioritizing accessibility, sustainability, and inclusivity, the design creates an environment where individuals can learn, grow, and interact.
