Housephoria
Housephoria is a housing project located in the 3rd site of Fevziçakmak Neighborhood, designed with a focus on the social lives of residents and their connection to open spaces. The building incorporates a terraced design achieved through setbacks, creating a spacious and comfortable environment.
Private spaces are situated on the rear side of the building, while the rooms facing the terraces serve as common areas. Additionally, the rear part of the building includes parking and social activity spaces for residents.
The top floor is partially allocated to residential units and partially designed as a social terrace. This terrace functions as a versatile space for barbecues and parties.
On the ground floor, there are two commercial units: a café shop and a flower shop. The flower shop also features a workshop area, serving as an additional social space.
Housephoria has been developed with a contemporary design approach to provide a happier and more social living environment for its residents.
