SOCIETY INTEGRATED WITH NATURE: VERDE VITA SOCIAL HOUSING PROJECT

The concept of a  Society Integrated With Nature aims to meet the needs of modern life while remaining sensitive to the environment. This social housing project adopts an innovative and human-centered architectural approach that supports a sustainable lifestyle. Each floor features natural green terraces that host local plant species, encouraging gardening activities among neighbors.

This social housing project reflects a modern, innovative, and human-focused architectural perspective, prioritizing the needs of individuals and communities. Through geometric projections, asymmetric forms, and bold extensions, the buildings gain dynamism, breaking the monotony of traditional designs and fostering a sense of belonging among residents. The project aims to revitalize community spirit by promoting social interaction with expansive green spaces, playgrounds, and communal seating areas.

Balconies and terrace greenery enhance the livability of spaces while contributing to environmental sustainability. Layered facade designs provide aesthetic depth with light and shadow effects while addressing privacy needs. The terraces add visual richness and functionality to the buildings. This project goes beyond merely providing shelter, offering modern living spaces that meet social, environmental, and aesthetic demands, while forging a strong bond between people and nature.
