MELENOVA

The name of my city is Melenova. I chose this name to represent a continuous and never ending cycle that defines both the physical form and the internal logic of the city. In Melenova, time does not progress in a linear direction, but instead flows in a circular and uninterrupted process. Circular shapes, curved paths, and rounded structures dominate the urban design, reinforcing the idea of continuity and movement. Every space in the city is directly connected to another, creating an integrated system in which nothing is isolated and every action leads into the next stage. The city contains specific birth and death spaces designed for the main character. After being born in the first birth and death space, the character begins its journey through the city. This route is not only a physical path but also a channel for collecting and transferring information. Along the straight road, the character encounters the houses of other characters. These houses contain everyday conversations. Using its head, the character gathers all conversations and carries them to the first square. Thanks to the architectural structure of the square, these conversations are released and distributed, turning the space into a central communication node. The character then returns to the birth and death space and dies. This moment does not mark an end, but instead represents a transition within the larger cycle. Through an underground corridor, the character is reborn and continues the process smoothly. After walking the straight road again, the character reaches the stairs and moves forward by jumping. From the houses on the third and sixth steps, it collects confidential conversations. In the final stage, the character reaches the jumping area, gathers romantic information from the houses, and delivers it to the squares. This loop defines Melenova as a city of continuity forever.
