Situated along the fertile banks of the Mısmıl River long regarded as the lifeblood of Sivas AgroCivic emerges as a visionary reinterpretation of contemporary municipal architecture. Far beyond the conventional role of an administrative building, AgroCivic is conceived as a living, breathing ecosystem where governance, ecology, and community life intersect. AgroCivic is designed as a dynamic civic landscape that seamlessly integrates nature with public life. Community City Gardens, botanical gardens, and productive green areas transform the site into an active ecological interface, reconnecting the city with its agricultural roots. Interactive educational workshops, agriculture fairs, and local agricultural bazaars foster knowledge exchange while supporting regional producers and strengthening local economies. In this way, AgroCivic functions not only as a center of administration, but also as a platform for learning, production, and social interaction.
