The project is a social housing includes plus functions and social areas for people that provide communication and spending time together. The building consist of different parts. The plus functions are on the ground floor level which creates  accessibility for people who will use social areas. And the housing parts are on the upper floors which provides security and safety for residents who will live in these housing units. Also on the underground floor there are car parking areas which is convenient for entrance from roads and have useful spaces for cars. With these qualities the project  integrates housings and community oriented functions.  

The project is designed in Talas by harmonizing with existing urban and ecological fabric and providing sensitivity to its spatial, social and environmental dynamics . This building has 5 different floors with different floor plans in each floors. Moreover, there are different housing units which  have different plan types for diverse user profiles. There are 8 housing units with 6 different plan types.  

On the first, second and third floors there are diffrent housings for different users such as one person, two person family, or a family with two children. On the each first and second  floor there are 3 housings. On the third floor there 2 housings and also there is a special terrace. This terrace is designed for creating a common space for people who live in this building. People can Sitting and spend time together in here. 

On  the ground floor, there are social areas for socializing and interaction for people. When people enter the site, they will pass from a semi open space and they will see two area opposite each other. There is a book cafe  for reading book or studying. When people need eat or drink something, they can go to the mini fast food gastronomy place. Also, there is a garden and sitting places for people. Moreover,  there is a social area for people for meetings, and women who lives in this neighbourhood can meet here and spend time . These social areas provide communication between people and increase interaction. And these social places provides to people socializing with not only their neighbours, but also with the other people.
