Designed within the historic Kayseri Vocational High School campus, the project respects the area\u2019s rich heritage by integrating most functions at underground levels, preserving the prominence of historical landmarks like <\/span><b><span data-contrast=\"auto\">S\u0131r\u00e7al\u0131 K\u00fcmbet<\/span><\/b><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> and creating an interactive public square around it.
