REVIVAL \/ \u0130layda Arslan<\/h3>\n

Mustafapa\u015fa’s rich history and the centuries-old tradition of sericulture in the Manastilar Valley form the basis of my project. Inspired by the concept of \u201cconnection\u201d, my design aims to bring together the lives of visitors and locals by creating shared experiences that bridge generations and cultures while emphasizing the essence of Mustafapa\u015fa. My project consists of four interconnected elements: the experience bridge, the production area, the accommodation units and the public square. Visitors are welcomed by the experience bridge, which I designed inspired by the cocoon of the silkworm. The experience bridge starts with digital panels explaining the transformation from silkworm to carpet. the bridge then connects to the production area. thanks to the glass fa\u00e7ade of the production area, visitors can see every stage from silkworm breeding to cocoon spinning, from yarn weaving to carpet making and experience this craft on site.\u00a0 The experience bridge then connects the production space to the square, inviting users to navigate a narrative of transformation.The public square serves as the heart of community interaction, hosting open-air exhibitions and a digital museum that tells the history and culture of the region. A restaurant on the square doubles as a social hub where locals and visitors come together. Upstairs, modern accommodations offer guests a serene sanctuary enriched by the essence of Mustafapasa’s heritage. In short, my project combines tradition with innovation, offering a space that is more than functional. Far beyond just providing accommodation, my project becomes a cultural catalyst, combining Mustafapa\u015fa’s rich cultural heritage with the accommodation units to create an unforgettable experience space for its users.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
