The aim was to redefine green spaces by creating a social housing project that allows residents and the community to engage in gardening and agricultural activities in gardens and terraces, fulfilling their need for nature.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The neighborhood\u2019s demographic, primarily families and elderly individuals, influenced the design. Recognizing the elderly\u2019s longing for rural life, the project provides a space where they can reconnect with nature and cultivate produce.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The building\u2019s form aligns with the Fevzi \u00c7akmak Neighborhood grid system, where heights increase toward the periphery. The design integrates seamlessly into the urban context.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The structure is divided into communal and private spaces, separated by a transition area.
