Aimed at reviving the area&#8217;s traditional sense of community, the project incorporates two interconnected buildings linked by shared terraces. These terraces act as communal spaces for social interaction, fostering neighborly connections and collective activities.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A shared vertical circulation system encourages interaction between residents, seamlessly integrating social exchange into daily routines. To tackle limited parking space, an underground parking lot at the rear of the site minimizes traffic disruption while optimizing land use.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The project prioritizes green systems to enhance ecological sustainability. Native trees, green roofs, and permeable walkways reduce the urban heat island effect, manage stormwater, and support biodiversity. The absence of traditional walls, replaced by natural boundaries of trees, strengthens the connection between the site and its surroundings.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Cultural values are celebrated through spaces like a performance area and a caf\u00e9, promoting community events and cultural exchange.
