The building incorporates a terraced design achieved through setbacks, creating a spacious and comfortable environment.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Private spaces are situated on the rear side of the building, while the rooms facing the terraces serve as common areas. Additionally, the rear part of the building includes parking and social activity spaces for residents.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The top floor is partially allocated to residential units and partially designed as a social terrace. This terrace functions as a versatile space for barbecues and parties.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">On the ground floor, there are two commercial units: a caf\u00e9 shop and a flower shop.
