Through\u00a0this\u00a0approach,\u00a0circulation\u00a0becomes\u00a0a\u00a0living\u00a0spatial\u00a0infrastructure.\u00a0It\u00a0becomes\u00a0a\u00a0place\u00a0to\u00a0sit,\u00a0lie\u00a0down,\u00a0observe,\u00a0interact,\u00a0and\u00a0gather.\u00a0Movement\u00a0is\u00a0no\u00a0longer\u00a0linear\u00a0or\u00a0purely\u00a0functional,
