The\u00a0<\/span>Panartifact\u00a0Municipal\u00a0and\u00a0Urban Center<\/span><\/i>\u00a0is\u00a0designed\u00a0as an\u00a0integrated\u00a0public\u00a0building\u00a0that\u00a0brings\u00a0together\u00a0administrative,\u00a0cultural,\u00a0and\u00a0social\u00a0functions\u00a0within\u00a0a\u00a0fragmented\u00a0urban\u00a0context.\u00a0Located\u00a0in Sivas,\u00a0the\u00a0project\u00a0responds\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0city\u2019s\u00a0climatic\u00a0conditions,\u00a0cultural\u00a0layers,\u00a0and\u00a0dynamics\u00a0of\u00a0public\u00a0life,\u00a0while\u00a0proposing\u00a0a\u00a0balanced\u00a0architectural\u00a0language\u00a0between\u00a0monumentality\u00a0and\u00a0accessibility.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
