This\u00a0project\u00a0is\u00a0designed\u00a0as a\u00a0mixed-use\u00a0building\u00a0combining\u00a0housing, a\u00a0study\u00a0work\u00a0hub,\u00a0and\u00a0a\u00a0caf\u00e9,\u00a0located\u00a0near\u00a0Osmanl\u0131 Street in Talas, Kayseri.\u00a0The\u00a0Talas\u00a0district\u00a0is\u00a0characterized\u00a0by\u00a0its\u00a0strong\u00a0connection\u00a0to\u00a0educational\u00a0institutions,\u00a0high\u00a0student\u00a0population,\u00a0and\u00a0a\u00a0continuing\u00a0neighborhood\u00a0culture\u00a0where\u00a0different\u00a0age\u00a0groups\u00a0coexist.\u00a0The\u00a0project\u00a0aims\u00a0to\u00a0respond\u00a0to\u00a0this\u00a0social\u00a0diversity\u00a0by\u00a0creating\u00a0a\u00a0spatial\u00a0interface\u00a0that\u00a0brings\u00a0together\u00a0living,\u00a0working,\u00a0and\u00a0social\u00a0interaction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0housing\u00a0units\u00a0are\u00a0specifically\u00a0designed\u00a0for\u00a0students,\u00a0academicians,\u00a0and\u00a0users\u00a0actively\u00a0involved\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0field\u00a0of\u00a0education.\u00a0In\u00a0order\u00a0to\u00a0accommodate\u00a0different\u00a0living\u00a0scenarios,\u00a0various\u00a01+1\u00a0and\u00a02+1\u00a0apartment\u00a0types\u00a0are\u00a0proposed,\u00a0supporting\u00a0individual\u00a0living,\u00a0shared\u00a0housing\u00a0among\u00a0friends,\u00a0and\u00a0family\u00a0life. Access\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0residential\u00a0units\u00a0is\u00a0provided\u00a0through\u00a0a\u00a0central\u00a0circulation\u00a0core,\u00a0ensuring\u00a0a\u00a0clear,\u00a0secure,\u00a0and\u00a0controlled\u00a0entry\u00a0system\u00a0for\u00a0housing\u00a0users.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0study\u00a0work\u00a0hub\u00a0is\u00a0designed\u00a0as an\u00a0independent\u00a0function\u00a0that\u00a0serves\u00a0not\u00a0only\u00a0the\u00a0residents\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0building\u00a0but\u00a0also\u00a0users\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0surrounding\u00a0neighborhood.\u00a0This\u00a0area\u00a0includes\u00a0a\u00a0reception\u00a0desk,\u00a0waiting\u00a0areas,\u00a0and\u00a0wet\u00a0spaces,\u00a0with\u00a0access\u00a0controlled\u00a0through\u00a0a\u00a0turnstile\u00a0system. Beyond\u00a0the\u00a0controlled\u00a0entrance,\u00a0the\u00a0study\u00a0work\u00a0hub\u00a0is\u00a0divided\u00a0into\u00a0different\u00a0zones\u00a0according\u00a0to\u00a0user\u00a0needs,\u00a0including\u00a0quiet\u00a0study\u00a0areas,\u00a0group\u00a0and\u00a0vocal\u00a0working\u00a0spaces,\u00a0and\u00a0reading\u00a0zones.\u00a0This\u00a0spatial\u00a0organization\u00a0allows\u00a0focused\u00a0individual\u00a0work\u00a0and\u00a0collaborative\u00a0activities\u00a0to\u00a0coexist\u00a0without\u00a0conflict.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0cafe,\u00a0located\u00a0on\u00a0the\u00a0ground\u00a0floor, is\u00a0designed\u00a0with\u00a0both\u00a0indoor\u00a0and\u00a0outdoor\u00a0seating\u00a0areas\u00a0and\u00a0functions\u00a0as a\u00a0social\u00a0gathering\u00a0space\u00a0that\u00a0supports\u00a0the\u00a0ongoing\u00a0neighborhood\u00a0culture\u00a0of Talas.\u00a0It\u00a0provides\u00a0an\u00a0environment\u00a0where\u00a0young\u00a0and\u00a0elderly\u00a0users\u00a0can\u00a0come\u00a0together,\u00a0interact,\u00a0and\u00a0share\u00a0daily\u00a0life,\u00a0encouraging\u00a0intergenerational\u00a0interaction.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The\u00a0project\u00a0name \u201cInterface\u201d is\u00a0derived\u00a0from\u00a0the\u00a0concept\u00a0of\u00a0creating\u00a0a\u00a0social\u00a0and\u00a0spatial\u00a0interface\u00a0that\u00a0connects\u00a0different\u00a0user\u00a0groups,\u00a0age\u00a0ranges,\u00a0and\u00a0functions.
