This project is designed as a multifunctional culinary school that integrates gastronomy education with public use. The building aims to provide an active environment for learning, production, and social interaction not only for students but also for external users. The spatial organization is based on the nature of gastronomy education, which combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Located along the main entrance axis, the caf\u00e9 serves as the public face of the building, welcoming visitors and establishing a connection between the school and the city. It functions as a social hub where users can gather, interact, and experience culinary culture. The educational program is organized around theoretical classrooms and practical kitchens, creating a comprehensive learning environment in which students can develop both their professional knowledge and practical skills.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The workshop areas are among the most important interactive spaces within the school. These areas are not only open to external participants but are also actively used by the school\u2019s students and academic staff. By bringing together users with different levels of knowledge, experience, and backgrounds, the workshops encourage collaboration, hands-on production, and the exchange of ideas. They strengthen the relationship between the school and the community while supporting experiential learning through direct participation.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

At the heart of the building, an interior courtyard provides a calm and refreshing communal space where users can connect with nature. The courtyard allows natural daylight to penetrate deep into the building, maximizing daylight use throughout the interior spaces. Shared facilities such as the library and dining hall further support both the academic and social needs of students.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
