Designed across three distinct zones, each aligned with a core pillar\u2014Economic Development, Social Engagement, and Educational Empowerment\u2014the project offers a multifaceted approach to urban transformation. This innovation hub aims to spark sustainable growth by serving as a platform for new media, social entrepreneurship, and community-driven innovation. Through an integrated network of workshops, collaborative spaces, and learning units, the center nurtures creativity, skill development, and inclusive progress. From startup incubators and co-working labs to digital media studios and training facilities, each element of the design is thoughtfully crafted to empower local talent, stimulate the regional economy, and foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing. The three zones provide unique yet interconnected perspectives that reflect and respond to the evolving needs of the city.
