As illustrated in the site plan (1\/1000), the project adopts a rational layout aligned with the surrounding environment. The form-finding process emphasizes volumetric massing that responds to contextual parameters and user\u00a0circulation.\u00a0Spanning\u00a0multiple\u00a0levels\u00a0(-4.20,\u00a000.00,\u00a0and\u00a0+4.20\u00a0floor\u00a0plans),\u00a0the\u00a0architecture\u00a0adapts\u00a0fluidly\u00a0to\u00a0the topography and programmatic requirements. The “Land Use and Circulation” diagrams\u00a0demonstrate\u00a0how learning, research, and production zones are seamlessly linked through highly intuitive and fluid circulation pathways.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

STRUCTURAL\u00a0SYSTEMS<\/span><\/b>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

To accommodate the wide, uninterrupted spaces\u00a0required\u00a0for the workshop and manufacturing zones, a\u00a0<\/span>Waffle\u00a0Slab\u00a0<\/span><\/b>structural system is implemented. This layout\u00a0eliminates\u00a0internal columns, providing an unobstructed and highly flexible interior environment. Complementing this, a\u00a0<\/span>Cantilever Structural System\u00a0<\/span><\/b>is\u00a0utilized\u00a0within key circulation areas,\u00a0suspending\u00a0the roof structure to create a dynamic, vertically continuous atrium. The building is topped with a sleek\u00a0<\/span>Standing Seam Metal Roof<\/span><\/b>, which offers durable, sustainable, and modern weather\u00a0protection.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
