The design is developed around the concept of the \u201cUrban Pocket,\u201d a network of small-scale spatial interventions that transform waiting, movement, and social interaction into integrated urban experiences. Instead of perceiving transportation as a linear process of departure and arrival, the project envisions a dynamic public environment where mobility, recreation, and community life coexist.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The\u00a0proposal\u00a0aims\u00a0to\u00a0strengthen\u00a0the\u00a0relationship\u00a0between\u00a0people\u00a0and\u00a0public\u00a0space\u00a0by\u00a0creating\u00a0a\u00a0series\u00a0of\u00a0interconnected\u00a0pockets\u00a0distributed\u00a0throughout\u00a0the\u00a0site.\u00a0These\u00a0pockets\u00a0accommodate\u00a0diverse\u00a0activities\u00a0such\u00a0as\u00a0social\u00a0gathering,\u00a0resting,\u00a0waiting,\u00a0play,\u00a0and\u00a0informal\u00a0interaction,\u00a0allowing\u00a0users\u00a0to\u00a0engage\u00a0with\u00a0the\u00a0space\u00a0beyond\u00a0transportation-related\u00a0functions.\u00a0By\u00a0encouraging\u00a0longer\u00a0stays\u00a0and\u00a0spontaneous\u00a0encounters,\u00a0the\u00a0project\u00a0contributes\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0creation\u00a0of a\u00a0more\u00a0vibrant\u00a0and\u00a0inclusive\u00a0urban\u00a0atmosphere.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">A\u00a0key\u00a0aspect\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0design\u00a0is\u00a0the\u00a0integration\u00a0of\u00a0pedestrian-oriented\u00a0circulation\u00a0with\u00a0green\u00a0corridors\u00a0and\u00a0open\u00a0public\u00a0spaces.\u00a0Existing\u00a0fragmented\u00a0urban\u00a0elements\u00a0are\u00a0reconnected\u00a0through\u00a0continuous\u00a0landscape\u00a0strategies,\u00a0enhancing\u00a0accessibility\u00a0while\u00a0promoting\u00a0environmental\u00a0quality.\u00a0The\u00a0project\u00a0also\u00a0responds\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0historical\u00a0and\u00a0cultural\u00a0character\u00a0of\u00a0its\u00a0context\u00a0by\u00a0establishing\u00a0visual\u00a0and\u00a0spatial\u00a0connections\u00a0with\u00a0surrounding\u00a0urban\u00a0landmarks,\u00a0transforming\u00a0previously\u00a0underutilized\u00a0areas\u00a0into\u00a0active\u00a0social\u00a0zones.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Architecturally,\u00a0the\u00a0transportation\u00a0hub\u00a0is\u00a0expressed\u00a0through\u00a0a\u00a0lightweight\u00a0shell\u00a0structure\u00a0that\u00a0functions\u00a0as\u00a0both\u00a0a\u00a0spatial\u00a0organizer\u00a0and\u00a0an urban\u00a0landmark.\u00a0The\u00a0flowing\u00a0roof\u00a0geometry\u00a0creates\u00a0sheltered\u00a0public\u00a0spaces\u00a0beneath\u00a0while\u00a0visually\u00a0unifying\u00a0the\u00a0different\u00a0programmatic\u00a0components.\u00a0Large\u00a0transparent\u00a0surfaces\u00a0strengthen\u00a0the\u00a0relationship\u00a0between\u00a0interior\u00a0and\u00a0exterior\u00a0spaces,\u00a0enhancing\u00a0visibility,\u00a0orientation,\u00a0and\u00a0user\u00a0experience.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ultimately,\u00a0the\u00a0project\u00a0seeks\u00a0to\u00a0create\u00a0a\u00a0multifunctional\u00a0public\u00a0infrastructure\u00a0where\u00a0movement,\u00a0social\u00a0interaction,\u00a0and\u00a0urban life\u00a0intersect.
