Rather than hiding the layers of history beneath the city, it reveals them through a sequence of spaces that invite people to descend, discover, and engage.<\/p>\n<p>Organized around a central civic void, the building connects public life above with archaeological memory below. Exhibition spaces, workshops, meeting areas, and outdoor culture programs create a platform where heritage, learning, and social interaction coexist.
